What does it cost?
We have per pound service at $1.39 Per pound($35 minimum order) and our Large FLAT RATE Bags are $39.99 Per Bag(Please note that there is a $5 surcharge for customers ordering only one FLAT RATE bag). There is a $5 charge for missed pickups.
How do I know how much weight to add to the standard per pound service?
Per pound services are simply an estimate. We will weigh your laundry on our certified scales and update your order accordingly. You will be charged once your order arrives at our facility and is weighed and processed.
How does the flat rate laundry bag work?
It couldn’t be simpler, We provide you with a branded Tropix Laundry bag that you get to fill to the top(bag must be able to close) We then charge only the flat per bag regardless of its weight and contents (certain restrictions apply).
What are the restrictions/limitations?
No shoes, animal beds, carpets, rugs, horse blankets or items with feces(items covered with feces should be rinsed and pre-soaked to be accepted). We currently don’t offer dry cleaning. Additional bags will be charged separate flat per bag. BOGO deals are limited to one free bag per customer.
What if I’m a new customer and I don’t have a bag yet?
New customers can fill a standard 13 gallon kitchen trash bag. Your laundry will be returned to you in a new branded, Lavado Laundry bag which you can use as a future flat rate bag.
What if I need more bags?
If you need additional flat rate bags, simply let us know via email or by giving us a call. We can provide you additional.
How much does a flat rate bag hold?
Typically, flat rate bags hold 4-5 loads or 35 pounds. This can fluctuate a bit depending on the type of material or the soil level.
How do promotions work?
By signing up to our newsletters and following us on social media, customers can receive occasional additional promotions such as a free FLAT RATE Bag and other great discounts. Simply enter the promotion code in the promo box to take advantage of our promotions. Promotions are valid only once per customer. Only one free bag per customer
What if I miss my pickup window?
Not a problem, most of the time, we will try to reach you throughout the day to reschedule pickups or drop offs. Or simply call us at 240-813-9011 to reschedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
What if its raining or the weather is bad, will my laundry be delayed or damaged?
Your orders will come double bagged and tightly sealed. It will resist most weather. We are not responsible however, for any damage to orders once they are dropped back off at their locations. Severe weather may delay a pickup or delivery
What if I’m not happy?
We stand by our products and will always do our best to make things right. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply contact us within 24-hours from the delivery of your order and we will redo the same order for free.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
We do not currently offer dry clean services.
